Here we go...
I rubbed my arm with my free hand.
Then it struck me that I didn't know a thing about laser guns.
Dread filled me, and I thought about going back.
But I still could get caught.
Then a scream pierced the silence, and I dropped the gun, and it fired a shot, that echoed through the whole building.
I picked it up, quickly. "Bother!" I ran out of the corridor, where Luke and Winston joined me, panic written on their faces. "What happened?"
I shook my head. "Nothing to me, but someone screamed. C'mon!"
We ran down the stairs, this time without me telling them not to. Infact, I think I might have been running the fastest....
We stopped in theroom we had first been in, "Where did it come from, Winston?" Luke asked.
Winston was very good with the directions of things.
"I think downstairs," He said, and, so, we went downstairs. The stairs were slippery, and the smell of mildew hung in the air.
Where were the rest?
"Luke, Winston," I panted, "We should split up again,"
They nodded, and we split up.
I kept going down the stairs, deeper, and deeper into the department.
Then it started getting colder. I shivered, more from the stillness, then the cold, though.
Then someone said, "Hands up, now,"
I whirled, staring at a man.
He was very plain, with plain brown hair, and a blank expression. He held a light saber.
Which, as everyone knew, had been band years ago, because of chemical leakage.
"Hold up your hands," He repeated, in a monotonous voice.
He glanced over my shoulder, and something told me to turn.
Unfortunately, the front of a pistol was pressed right between my shoulder blades.
"Drop the pistol." Someone ordered, and I recognized that voice.
For a moment, I considered keeping the pistol, but then the pistol dug deeper into my shoulder blades.
I let it clatter to the ground, and it fired off a shot, that hit the man right in the chest.
As soon as it connected with his chest, springs flew out, and its eyes rolled back.
So, this was one of the robots.
Well, that's the end of that part. :D
