SoccerBot is my next soccer player. He can drive and shoot. A motor makes the shooter arm taut. The motor press at the same time a pneumatic pump. The pneumatic pump is related with a pneumatic motor. The pneumatic motor servers the connection between motor and shooter arm. An elastic adds spice to the shooter arm. The shooter arm shoots and the ball flies.
In front of the robot you can see two arms. They "catch" the ball. The colour sensor work as a light barrier.
The infrared sensor can see the ball and decide on the robots position, because I built my own soccerball. In my soccerball is the remote control, but you can read more about the soccerball in the additional information.
