Don't worry the exact same thing happened to me as well. Pop his shoulders off and press the wires down. If they stick up too far, they stop the shoulders from turning, putting pressure on the frame, thus causing him to fall apart. Hope this hlelps!!

i had also that problem. it is due to the cables of the motor ports (A, B and C). You must tighten, and bending closer to make the gate. Hopefully this helps.

Thanks, do I have to pull his shoulders off to do so though?

also when he runs the program his one leg moves alone for a while then both move

which wire is getting in the way i added some more pictures

First of all, you do have to pull the shoulders off. Second, the program is supposed to do that. He's "wiggling" his foot. Add some pictures if you want.

We pretty much all had the same problem. I consider it a serious design flaw. Click on my name and you will find two projects I created that give detailed instructions on how to rebuild the head and shoulders. Basically they are lifted by 1 unit which gives more room for the wires.

I had the same problem. Your other problem has something to do with the programing. You should go over the leg programs to make sure they are right.

what? I did not have problems

it didn't hapen to me

What I did is that I raised the entire arm system and that actually solved the problem! This is in my opinion the best way to solve your problem
