Please read the following important information before uploading your creation. If you’re under 18, your parents should read this before you upload anything to LEGO.com:
When you upload a picture or a comment to LEGO.com, it becomes part of our site. That means it becomes the property of the LEGO Group (defined as LEGO A/S of Billund, Denmark and its subsidiaries) because we are responsible for what is on our site. It also means that we own the rights to your picture, model, ideas, concepts, the way you have presented your model, your suggestions, comments or questions (in fancy words this is called your Material"). The LEGO Group has the right to use your Material for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to developing, manufacturing, marketing and selling products using your Material, without compensation.
By uploading your Material:
a) you warrant and represent that you own the rights to the content submitted and that the content submitted is: (i) original to you and has been legally obtained and created, and (ii) does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy or publicity rights or any other legal or moral rights of any third party;
b) you grant the LEGO Group a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual (or for the entire term of duration of intellectual property rights), non-exclusive, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such Material in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed for promotional or marketing purposes of the products of the LEGO Group, including but not limited to use on the LEGO website at LEGO.com, on the LEGO Facebook page at facebook.com/LEGO, and on the LEGO social networking site ReBrick.com; and
c) you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the LEGO Group against any and all claims, damages, expenses, costs and liabilities relating to trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights, right of publicity, right of privacy or defamation.
LONG Story, we know :)
Always ask your parents for help if there is something you are not sure of.
